Malegaon Case Trial Over, Verdict on May 8

The special NIA (National Investigation Agency) court on Saturday reserved its verdict in the 2008 Malegaon blast case, with the court set to pronounce the judgment on May 8.
MUMBAI:
On Saturday, the prosecution submitted the written copy of its final arguments before the court. Four of the seven accused, including Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Pragya Singh Thakur, also made written submissions of their final arguments before the special court. Special sessions judge AK Lahoti has directed all accused to be present in court for the next date of hearing on May 8.
