THE APEX COURT HAS REFRAIN ALL COURTS FROM PASSING ORDERS IN CASES RELATED TO RELIGIOUS PLACES UNDER THE PLACES OF WORSHIP ACT
LUCKNOW/PRAYAGRAJ: In view of the Supreme Court's December 12 order to all courts refraining them from passing orders in cases related to religious places under the Places of Worship (Special Provisions) Act, 1991, various courts in Uttar Pradesh have adjourned hearings in such lawsuits.
Atala mosque case In Jaunpur, the court of civil judge (junior division) on Tuesday postponed the date of passing order for survey of the Atala Masjid till March 2, 2025, said district government advocate Satish Chandra Pandey.
