Cong attacks BJP 'double-standards' for letting Soros conduct business
Hindustan Times Lucknow
|December 11, 2024
NEW DELHI: In a bid to counter the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), the Congress on Tuesday accused the ruling party of alleged links with George Soros, questioning that if the US billionaire is involved in "anti-national activities", why is his business running in India and why has the government not sought his extradition.
The Opposition party's counter-offensive came amid continued attack by the BJP over the issue of alleged links of top Congress leaders with Soros-backed outfits that the ruling party alleged were involved in anti-India activities.
