NCLAT gives relief to Ansal API homebuyers

LUCKNOW: A total of eight Pakistani nationals, who had come to Lucknow district, have been sent back to their country, said Lucknow police in a statement on Friday.

"The local intelligence unit of the district has been activated and information is being collected," the statement from police said.

"We are gathering more details and keeping an eye," said joint commissioner of police (law and order) Babloo Kumar.

In the wake of Pahalgam terror attack, the Centre on Thursday revoked visas of all Pakistani nationals in India, effectively giving them 72 hours to leave the country.

LUCKNOW: The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) on Friday gave relief to homebuyers in Ansal API case through its interim order restraining the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) from inviting expressions of interest as Form G hasn't been issued.

The tribunal also allowed the intervention applications of the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) and other development authorities, UP RERA, Housing Board and homebuyers.

It directed them to file affidavit in support of their case within two weeks.
