External affairs minister S Jaishankar is set to meet his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov in Moscow on Thursday to review bilateral relations against the backdrop of US threats of sanctions over India-Russia energy trade and to prepare for President Vladimir Putin's visit to India for an annual summit.
