Going further, when it comes to choosing the right university for a specific discipline, QS World University Rankings by Subject rankings serve as an important indicator of the best performing universities in a particular subject.
In the latest edition of QS World University Rankings by Subjects-2025 based on comparison of over 21,000 academic programs undertaken by students at more than 1,700 universities across 100 countries and territories, spanning 55 subjects and five faculty areas, Chandigarh University (CU) has achieved a momentous milestone by entering the league of the world's top 231 universities in engineering and technology.
In the Subject wise rankings, Chandigarh University, India's number 1 private university as per QS Asia University Rankings 2024, has once again excelled by securing overall 1st rank in Social Sciences and Management and 2nd rank in Engineering and Technology among private universities in India.
