6 KG Heroin Seized Near LOC in Rajouri, Kingpin Among Three Held

In a significant breakthrough against drug trafficking, police have cracked a major narcotics case with the arrest of the kingpin of a drug racket and recovery of six kg of heroin near the Line of Control in Nowshera sub-division of Rajouri district, said officials.
JAMMU:
Last year police had registered an FIR under sections 8, 21, 22, and 29 of the NDPS Act at police station Nowshera and had recovered 5.3 kg of heroin from the possession of two accused, Sajan Kumar alias Vicky and Subash Chander.
