Delhi HC Orders Takedown Of Video And Social Media Posts On Isha Foundation

The Delhi high court on Wednesday directed Google, X and YouTube to take down YouTuber Shyam Meera Singh's video and social media posts related to Isha Foundation and its founder Jaggi Vasudev, also known as Sadhguru.
NEW DELHI:
A bench of Justice Subramonium Prasad ordered the takedown of the video titled "Sadhguru EXPOSED: What's happening in Jaggi Vasudev's Ashram?", which was posted by Singh on February 24. The bench termed the contents in the video "per se defamatory" and that it directly impinged upon Isha Foundation's reputation.
