A 29-year-old man died and two of his friends were injured ina road accident in the Dwarka Link Road tunnel in southwest Delhi's Kapashera on Sunday.
Police said it was not yet clear if they were hit by another vehicle or fell on their own. CCTV footage of he nearby area are being scanned for clarity.
