The National Testing Agency (NTA) officials on Wednesday apprised a Parliament panel about the steps it is taking to make upcoming June 21 re-examination of NEET-UG 2026 foolproof and error-free, people familiar with the development said.

The agency informed Parliament panel on health and family welfare about the risk mitigation measures being undertaken to strengthen the examination apparatuses.

It informed the panel that new subject experts and translators were roped in to prepare the upcoming examination papers as previous experts and translators roles are being investigated by Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
