Punjab chief minister Bhagwant Mann on Monday strongly criticised the Centre for allowing the Indian cricket team to play against Pakistan, even as it refused to permit Sikh pilgrims to travel to the neighbouring country in the aftermath of the recent military conflict between the two nations.
