The Jharkhand government's decision to rename Ranchi-based Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University (DSPMU) as Veer Shaheed Budhu Bhagat University drew flak from the BJP on Friday, with the Opposition saying that "replacing the name of one icon with another hits the legacy and honour of both the icons".
