Assandh CIA In-Charge Among 2 Booked For Taking Bribe

Karnal SP Ganga Ram Punia on Friday said that he has suspended the in-charge of Assandh unit of CIA and one other cop after they were booked for bribery for demanding ₹37 lakh to discharge an accused in a murder case.
KARNAL:
The tainted cops were identified as sub-inspector Mandeep Singh, in-charge of the unit, and head constable Rishi Kumar, posted at the unit at their office in Assandh sub-division.
