Siddaramaiah’s son says father in ‘final phase’ of political life, sparks row

Karnataka MLCand CMSiddaramaiah’s son, Yathindra Siddaramaiah, on Tuesday sparked a buzz by saying that his father was in the “final phase of his political life”, while expressing hope that senior Congress leader Satish Jarkiholi could take up the responsibility, and bea role model whoisaligned with the ideology of the Congress party.
However, the Congress MLC later ruled out any talks about leadership change.
