NEIGHBOURS called police after a Paignton man lost control during an argument with his partner.

Paul Fagan threw a brick at her car, smashing the rear window as she drove away in panic.
Fagan, 42, appeared at Exeter Crown Court to be sentenced for offences including using threatening words or behaviour with intent, possession of a knife and criminal damage. He was also sentenced for GBH. That offence left another woman with a fractured jaw.
