Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah receive rain: NCM

Heavy rains and drizzles fell on Shawka and Wadi Asfani in Ras Al Khaimah and on Akhaidar Al Madam-Central Region road in Sharjah.

Rains are expected to continue to fall in the east and south until Monday.

Monday's weather is expected to be clear to partly cloudy with a chance of some cumulus clouds in the east and south, possibly accompanied by rains, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).

Light to moderate southeasterly to northeasterly winds will blow, turning to active and dust-stirring at times during the day at IO to 25 and up to 40 km/h, while the waves will be regular in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
