MBRL gifts 5,000 books to the UAE’s armed forces

As part of its pioneering initiative, “A World Reads,” and in alignment with the Month of Reading, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Library (MBRL) has gifted 5,000 Arabic and English books to soldiers of the UAE Armed Forces.

This gesture supports the library's overarching strategy and vision to foster knowledge and promote a culture of reading within the community.

Dr Mohammed Salem AlMazrooei, Board Member at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Library Foundation, remarked: “This initiative is integral to our efforts to promote reading and cultivate a creative society that is prepared for the challenges of the future.”
