Ghaf subscribers ‘can withdraw benefits in 14 days’

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) has revealed that subscribers to the Ghaf Benefits, which provides end-of-service benefits scheme, can withdraw financial contributions with ease and flexibility, whether these contributions are provided by the employer or by the employee himself as voluntary contributions.
The mechanism of the scheme enables subscribers to withdraw voluntary contributions at any time, while the employee can reclaim the employer's contributions within 14 days from the end of their contractual relationship, thereby providing immediate financial flexibility and promoting a culture of personal savings and long-term financial stability. An employee can also keep their funds invested within the scheme even after quitting their jobs, providing them with independent financial and investment continuity.
