Court orders couple, 4 children to vacate hotel room

The Civil Court in Dubai ordered an Arab family of wife and husband and four children to vacate a hotel room they had been occupying since 2023 without paying rent.

The family was also ordered to pay Dhs155,000 in arrears and fees until October 1, 2025, in addition to any new accommodation allowances until the date of eviction, plus 5% legal interest until full payment.

According to the case file, the family paid part of the total amount, which exceeded Dhs275,000, so the hotel management filed a civil lawsuit demanding the eviction of the room and obliging them to pay the financial arrears in addition to 5% legal interest and court fees.
