World's tallest hotel set for Dubai opening

At 377 metres, 82-storey Ciel Dubai Marina will open its doors on Saturday

Dubai will open the 377-metre Ciel Dubai Marina on Saturday, setting a new record as the world's tallest hotel.

Developed by The First Group and operated under InterContinental Hotels Group's Vignette Collection, the 82-storey tower will overtake the Gevora Hotel on Shaikh Zayed Road.

The hotel's 1,004 rooms and suites stretch across 82 floors, each offering panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah and the Marina skyline. Opening rates start at Dh1,310 per night, while premium suites climb to about Dh2,400 for larger rooms with high-floor lounge access.
