Noura Al Kaabi sends crowd into a frenzy with opening greeting

More than 100,000 people came together for a high-voltage celebration of heritage, music, spirituality and unity at an event organised by Emirates Loves India at Zabeel Park on Sunday, making it the largest celebration of its kind in the UAE.

However, Noura Al Kaabi, Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stole the show with her opening address. She sent the crowd into a frenzy by greeting them in Hindi. “Namaste! Aaj aapke saath yahan hona mere liye bahut sammaan ki baat hai,” [It is an honour to be with all of you here], she said, earning thunderous applause.
