Egyptair orders six additional A350 jets

Egyptair confirmed a firm order for six additional Airbus A350-900 aircraft, bringing its total order for the fuel-efficient widebody jet to 16, as the carrier moves to expand its long-haul network and modernise its fleet.

The announcement was made at the Paris Air Show yesterday, as part of the airline's broader fleet expansion strategy. The newly ordered A350s are expected to support rising demand for international travel and contribute to Egypt's goals for more sustainable air transport, the airline said.
