Dubai Police rescue driver facing cruise control glitch

Dubai Police traffic patrols rescued a woman driver whose cruise control malfunctioned while she was travelling towards Abu Dhabi on Emirates Road.

Brig Jumaa Salem Bin Suwaidan, Director of the General Department of Traffic at Dubai Police, said that traffic patrols were immediately dispatched to the location. "They coordinated a careful escort while guiding the female driver through phone calls and direct instructions," he said.
