Expanded edition to honour 98 winners with a focus on social responsibility

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) has launched the third edition of the Emirates Labour Market Award.
The award has expanded to recognise 98 winners, up from 84 in previous editions. The 2025 edition introduces a focus on sustainability, aiming to encourage businesses to implement initiatives that prioritise workers' well-being and social responsibility.
The award has increased its prize pool to Dh50 million, up from Dh37 million in 2024.
