Dewa posts its best 9 months as revenue climbs to Dh24.9b

NET PROFIT UP 25% TO DH6.8B AS POWER, WATER USE HITS NEW HIGHS ACROSS DUBAI

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (Dewa) has reported the strongest financial performance in its history, with revenue climbing to Dh24.9 billion and operating profit rising 21.5 per cent to Dh8.3 billion for the first nine months of 2025. Net profit for the period reached Dh6.8 billion, up 24.8 per cent year-on-year.

The performance was underpinned by sustained demand growth in electricity, water, and district cooling, alongside improved operational efficiency and disciplined cost management. The utility also generated Dh15.2 billion in cash from operations, reflecting its continued financial strength.
