Bengaluru is City of Potholes: Minister

Union Minister for Heavy Industries and Steel H.D. Kumaraswamy tore into the Karnataka government yesterday, over crumbling infrastructure in Bengaluru, after logistics startup BlackBuck announced plans to shift its office from the city’s Outer Ring Road (ORR) area.
