Beeah unveils freehold city project in Sharjah

HOMES IN KHALID BIN SULTAN CITY WILL START FROM DHIM
A new freehold development has been launched in Sharjah — ‘Khalid Bin Sultan City’ — with apartment prices starting from around Dh1 million.
The project, named after the late Shaikh Khalid Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, will be developed by Beeah, a company best known for its work in sustainable energy and its iconic, design-led headquarters.
Shaikh Khalid was the son of His Highness Dr Shaikh Sultan Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and the Ruler of Sharjah.
Freehold market ‘booming’
