Aldar records Dh4.lb in Hl profit as demand surges for its projects

FAHID ISLAND'S OFFPLAN SUCCESS BOOSTS FINANCIALS OF ABU DHABI DEVELOPER
Abu Dhabi master-developer Aldar recorded Dh4.1 billion in a profit for the first half of 2025, reflecting a 24 per cent year-on-year increase.
The surge is driven by sustained demand for its projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and continued strength in its office and commercial real estate segments.
During this period, Aldar launched Fahid Island, which became one of the most successful offplan launches in Abu Dhabi's history.
On Saadiyat Island, the developer sold a mansion worth Dh400 million one of the UAE capital's most expensive residential transactions to date.
