A CLEETHORPES man has lost 21lbs - one stone 7 lbs - in just two months after turning to a hypnotherapist for a 'virtual weight loss jab'.

The 55-year-old says he has managed to quit all snacking while also cutting down on drinks after seeing clinical hypnotherapist Pamela Hewstone.

The man, who didn't want to be named, said he wanted to lose weight without injections, strict dieting, or medication.

Pamela, who runs i-hypnosis in Cleethorpes and has 17 years' experience, is one of a small number of practitioners trained in The Virtual Weight Loss Jab.
