Govt orders transfers, postings of law officers; assigns additional charges to some of these officers

The government on Tuesday ordered the transfer and posting of law officers besides assigned additional charges to some of these officers.
According to an order issued by the Department of Law Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, in the interest of administration, Waseem Showkat Bhat, Senior Law Officer(SLO) presently posted in the Directorate of Urban Local Bodies, Jammu is transferred and posted in the Directorate of School Education, Jammu.
Musbat Ismail, Deputy Legal Remembrancer presently posted in the office of Secretary, Sports Council, Srinagar is transferred and posted in the Srinagar Municipal Corporation. However, she shall continue to hold the charge of Litigation work of the office of Secretary, Sports Council Srinagar, till further orders.
Waseem Ahmad Lone, Deputy Legal Remembrancer presently posted in the General Administration Department is transferred and posted in the Finance Department. Shabana Durani, Deputy Legal Remembrancer presently posted in the office of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Jammu holding additional charge of Litigation work of Conservator of Forests, Jammu is transferred and posted in the Directorate of Urban Local Bodies, Jammu.
Dharam Pal Chibber, Deputy Legal Remembrancer presently posted in the Directorate of School Education, Jammu is transferred and posted in the office of Chief Engineer, Jal Shakti (PHE), Jammu. Nahida Bashir, Deputy Draftsman (Translation) presently posted in the office of Chief Engineer, PMGSY, Kashmir shall, in addition to her own duties, hold the additional charge of Litigation work in the office of Engineer-in-Chief/ Secretary Technical till further orders.
