York High Interact Club's learners pack meals for those in need

They are young, caring and enthusiastic, and every Wednesday afternoon, they are out and about in a group doing some good.

This is the York High Interact Club, a group of girls whose hearts are truly into serving the community.

Each bottle makes a tasty, nourishing meal of six to eight portions, and they are easy to cook.

On Wednesday 27 August, they got together at the Meals on Wheels (MOW) premises at the George East Seventh Adventist Church to pack 100 nutritious glass-bottled meals that were to be handed out at the Rosemoor Home for the Aged and Rosemoor Crèche yesterday (3 September).
