Grand Inauguration of "Sanskrit Month" in Jammu

A grand inauguration of "Sanskrit Month," dedicated to the preservation and promotion of Sanskrit-the Vedic soul and cultural consciousness of India-was held today by Shri Kailakh Jyotish avim Vedic Sansthan Trust, Raipur (Thather), Jammu at the Panchmukhi Hanuman Temple, Yatri Bhawan, Jewal, Jammu.
The event was marked by the distribution of 5,000 saplings, in collaboration with the Social Forestry Department, Jammu, delivering a strong message of environmental conservation.
On this occasion, Shri Shiv Kumar Sharma, IPS, DIG of Jammu-Kathua-Samba Range, graced the event as the chief guest.
Ms. Sunaina Mehta, Principal, Revenue Training Institute, Jammu, attended as the guest of honour, and Mr. Brijesh Sharma, SP (Rural), Jammu, was present as a distinguished guest.
