Reborn Discovery Centre to open its doors next week

AFTER a major two-year transformation, the Dover Discovery Centre is set to open its doors on Monday (October 27), unveiling a newly refurbished hub designed to be a one-stop shop for essential services.

The completion of the project, a collaboration between Kent County Council and Dover District Council, injects over £7.5 million of investment directly into Dover town centre.

The goal is to revitalise the area and make accessing public services - from borrowing a book to registering a birth - easier than ever.

The upgraded centre will bring a range of services together under one modern, accessible, and welcoming roof.

Visitors will find a refreshed library and registration space with new furniture and a new layout.
