Air India organised a solemn tribute ceremony in memory of the victims of the June 12 Air India crash in Ahmedabad, at the India International Centre in Delhi on Sunday, where floral tributes were offered to the victims, including the crew members.
Former Chief Election Commissioner Sunil Arora, who also paid homage to the deceased, reminisced about his tenure as the CMD of the Indian Airlines (now Air India) and expressed grief over the tragic accident. He mentioned that multiple investigative agencies are actively probing the cause of the crash. Arora also remarked that Air India remains one of the country's most prestigious airlines.
