Ayurvedic cancer drug moves to phase 2 trials

In a major development in the field of Ayurvedic cancer treatment, the Carctol-S capsule — a formulation developed decades ago by Rajasthan’s renowned 90-year-old Vaidya Nandlal Tiwari — has now entered the second phase of clinical trials at Mumbai’s Tata Memorial Centre (Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research, and Education in Cancer - ACTREC).
