TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES (TCS) has one of the largest artificial intelligence (AI) ready workforces in the world, thanks to a robust training initiative and a strong engineering culture, its managing director and CEO K Krithivasan wrote to the employees in an email at the end of FY24. The IT firm has trained 300,000 employees in foundational AI skills, enhancing its capabilities significantly, he added.
