Airtel launches India's first 5G wireless Wi-Fi solutions

EVEN AS RELIANCE Jio was the first to share its plans on the 5G fixed wireless access (FWA) for home broadband, its peer Bharti Airtel on Monday launched the solutions as Xstream AirFiber in Delhi and Mumbai.
The wireless 5G services will provide internet to consumers where the internet connectivity is not possible through fiber, thereby addressing the issue of the last-mile connectivity, the company said.
