Welspun arm buys Bengaluru land plots

WELSPUN ONE LOGISTICS Parks (WOLP), part of Welspun Group, on Wednesday announced the acquisition of two plots of land totaling 107 acres near Bengaluru, including ~51 acres of land in Hoskote, and ~56 acres of land in Devanahalli.

Both the plots have a development potential of 2.25 million sq ft.

Though the company did not disclose the acquisition value, market sources estimate the deal value to be around ₹400 crore.
