AI to power workplace applications by 2028: Gartner

BY 2028, MORE than 20% of digital workplace applications will utilize AI-driven personalization algorithms to create adaptive experiences for workers, according to a study conducted by research firm Gartner.

It found that digital workers who are satisfied with their workplace applications are nearly three times more likely to report being significantly more productive than those who are not. However, the survey of 5,141 employees, conducted from April to July 2024, revealed that only 23% of digital workers are completely satisfied with their workplace applications in 2024, a decline from 30% in 2022.
