IS gearing up to file draft papers later this year for a ₹10,000-crore initial public offering (IPO), according to CEO Eswara Rao Nandam.The proposed fundraise will support the company’s capacity expansion plans in India and overseas, as it seeks to transition from a semiconductor chip manufacturer into a broader electronics products firm.
