DR. REDDY'S LABORATORIES' Q2FY26 earnings came in ahead of expectations, surpassing our cautious forecasts.
Sales, Ebitda, and PAT were higher by 7%, 21%, and 18% respectively versus our estimates, and 1%, 8%, and 3% ahead of Bloomberg consensus. The outperformance was driven by a stronger-than-expected contribution from gRevlimid, minimal impact from GST rate changes in India,and lower overhead costs.
