CONFERRING THE SCOPE Eminence Awards, President Droupadi Murmu on Saturday said central public sector enterprises (CPSEs) will play a vital role in achieving the national goal of building a developed India by 2047, and commended their performance across social, economic, environmental, technological, and ethical dimensions.
The event was organised by the Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE) with the support of the Department of Public Enterprises (DPE). The president also appreciated SCOPE for recognising achievements in women empowerment, sustainable development, corporate governance, CSR, and innovation, adding that the public sector has been a powerful vehicle for economic developm
