THE RUPEE RECOVERED 15 paise from its all-time low level to close at 87.43 against the US dollar on Friday after the Reserve Bank of India reduced the key policy rate by 25 basis points in line with Street expectations.

At the interbank foreign exchange, the rupee opened at 87.57, touched an intra-day high of 87.33 and a low of 87.57 against the greenback during the session.
