PNB HOUSING FINANCE is projecting a robust growth in the retail book, targeting the ₹1 lakh-crore milestone by 2026-27, up from ₹77,732 crore for the June quarter, managing director and CEO Girish Kousgi said.
The company expects an 18% retail growth in FY26, and plans to disburse ₹22,000-₹23,000 crore across segments, he added.
The affordable housing segment, which witnessed muted Q1 disbursements due to seasonal factors, remains central to PNB Housing's expansion strategy. "The affordable book grew 143% y-o-y. We aim to take it to ₹9,500 crore by December and ₹15,000 crore by FY27," Kousgi said. In the reporting quarter, loans assets in the affordable segment stood at ₹5,744 crore.
