McCullum's quest to top white-ball world again with England

BRENDON McCULLUM has vowed to use England’s “immense” talent to revive the struggling men’s white-bal l s ides , af ter being appointed as the new head coach yesterday.
The New Zealander has transformed the fortunes of the Test team since taking charge in 2022, and has now been backed to take over the T20 and 50-over sides, following Matthew Mott’s sacking this summer.
This time last year, England’s men were world champions in both white-ball formats, but have surrendered those crowns in underwhelming defences over the past 12 months.
