Commemoration Lockerbie Memorial Church Museum

The service is being held at the Lockerbie Memorial Church Museum the town's former Dryfesdale Church - with more than 300 guests expected for the 1pm to 2.30pm service (doors open at 12.30pm).

It is also being livestreamed at https://youtube.com/live/stsijc4WYwo.

Families of victims, community members and first responders at the scene on December 21, 1988, when Pan Am Flight 103 was blown out of the skies above the town, which lost 11 of its own residents along with passengers and crew, have been invited.

The service is in partnership with the Pan Am 103 Lockerbie Legacy Foundation who bought the closed-down building from the Church of Scotland this year.

It is now being restored and will become the home of Lockerbie Memorial Church Museum which will blend worship with commemoration, education and advocacy.
