Ash Scotland is encouraging expectant mothers in Dumfries and Galloway to access new free help to quit smoking and vaping during pregnancy.

The resources have been developed by the health charity to increase awareness about the impact smoking and vaping has during pregnancy.

In Scotland, one in 12 women reported smoking at their first midwife appointment.
