DOVER Athletic have announced a host of players retained for the 2025-26 season as manager Jake Leberl prepares for the National League South.
The latest player to put pen to paper and agree to stay in east Kent is defender Luca Cocoracchio. A product of the Brighton & Hove Albion academy and former Worthing man, Cocoracchio joined Whitehawk in January 2023 and was part of their promotion-winning side. Cocoracchio was an integral part of Dover's promotion winning defence making 48 appearances in all competitions in 2024-25.
"He played a huge part in our success last year, featuring in nearly every game," Dover boss Leberl said of Cocoracchio. "His versatility was crucial equally comfortable in defence or midfield. He's a talented, well-respected, and popular member of the squad, and I know he'll be looking to push on even further this season."
