Folkestone's Henwood sets new PB in Sweden

FOLKESTONE Running and Athletic Club's Jacob Henwood has set a new personal best time in a marathon.

Travelling to Sweden, Henwood recorded a time of three hours 12 minutes and 48 seconds at the Stockholm Marathon on Saturday.
On Sunday, Darren Crew ran the Hastings 5m in a time of 33:18, while Deborah Jeffery ran the Reading 10k, her first 10k race in more than three years, in a personal best time of 39:23, coming first in her age category.
Ashford Parkrun: James Barney 20:26, Clive Allon 26:50.
South Norwood parkrun: Krzysztof Klidzia 21:10.
Amager Strandpark parkrun: Nikki Goodwin was the 2nd female back in a time of 20:17.
