FANS of turn-of-the millenium rap and hip-hop will be partying in Erewash this month - as the “next best thing” to superstar Eminem headlines a free music festival backed by the borough council.

James Wythes may not be the real Slim Shady but he has won rave reviews for his shows paying tribute to the rap icon.
He will be taking to the stage with his act - called The Eminem Show - on Ilkeston Market Place as part of the annual Glow Music & Art Festival this Sunday (August 24).
The summer music spectacular, which runs from noon to 9pm, will again see musicians performing in nearby pubs.
The main stage on the Market Place will be hosting acts including FuFu Sailors, Mantarray and The Soulmates Family.
